once a 1ghz slate device hits you can be sure a keyboarded version or atleast comparable model is somewhere behind it(especialy if its successful which it looks like it will be), maybe later in the year but still. IMO its just stupid to upgrade to this already aged hardware when within a year something with double the specs will likely drop. not to mention WM7 this year (if thats your cup of tea). the processor is truly the anchor on this phone.

if you are content with using last generation software and internals then nothing i say matters. just trying to give the heads up, hindsight is 20/20, i only paid 100 for my tp2 and its just collecting dust now. with everything on the horizon coming at lightening speed this year i wouldnt recommend buying any phone with a contract at this point. I did but i have an extra upgrade waiting to see what sprint has up its sleeve at the end of this year (supersonic maybe?). i dont know about you but if im going to sign the dotted line its gonna be for something good, has to be worth my while. 2 years is a long time to be married to a phone (unless your pockets are just deep enough to keep buying outright)
