Calendar and Contacts getting messed up

Still playing with this:

For the 2 birthdays (April 1st and June 1st) which both show up incorrectly on my TP2 on January 1st:

I changed the event from All Day (12:00 am to 12:00 pm) to a half day (8:00 am to 8:00 pm). They both now show on the correct dates - Yay!! Unfortunately, they're still an hour off, showing from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

And again, I have to initiate the ActiveSync from my TP2 in order for changes in the Calendar to be transmitted. Shouldn't be that way, but it is, at least for these problem entries.

I had added a series for a vacation which shows correctly in Outlook 2007, but shows both start and finish 1 day early on the TP2. I similar changed these from all day events to half-day events, and they now show correctly on the TP2, although once again, starting/ending 1 hour earlier than in Outlook 2007.

So there is obviously some significant bug here, and these are only work-arounds. Would love to have this actually fixed.
