Data use during phone use on Verizon?

AT&T nails this point in its commercial, but is there really no way to use data during phone use?
No reg tweak can get around it?

no this is not possible on cdma currently. Only gsm service providers (tmobile and att) can acheive voice and data at the same time, its a network limitation not the phone. the only way to do voice and data is to talk and have your wifi on, then its possible.
