Don't be so positive. The checkered screens are there but it just recovers so fast so it isn't that bad. Almost non existent in Opera but its still there. where the HD2 really shines is in Skyfire. Skyfire is horrible to use on the Tp2 but the check boxes really get minimized with the HD2. You scroll down and see boxes but it disappears really fast, as opposed to the Tp2 where we have to wait and wait.

you are correct its there, but compared the tp2, is basically not there. the recovery time is so fast.

However, I hear that there is a new HTC phone coming to CDMA networks called the HTC Supersonic that'll be similar to the HD2, but have android

This is the similar item mentioned earlier about the "Supersonic". I think it has better specs than Leo/HD2 and 4G.

Go to Engadget and do a search for "HTC" and "Supersonic". Should pull it up (it won't let me post links on this forum yet).

Yes. It's terrible around the edges, and in landscape mode, mine seems to not like some parts of the middle of the screen. I got it before it hit the stores, so perhaps they've made a switch in hardware in future batches....
