Verizon 6.5 Upgrade Tweaks?

I'm having the same troubles as the OP. I installed the no push cab and tried the same registry tweaks with 6.1. Now the phone starts with 46% usage, but the number takes off whenever Opera is opened and it doesn't go back down.

Try THIS THREAD, which let's Opera show in the task manager, where you can close it.
