New rom wont boot what did i do wrong?

I always check off the 6.5 thing, if I don't, then I usually get an error about too many modules. My main problem is just trying to get any new SYS into Ervius Kitchen. I can't seem to just Copy the SYS and ROM folders from another kitchen and it work. Everytime I do an try to build the rom it just doesn't boot at all. Just sits there at the Touch Pro 2 screen with none of the Red Version writing. Or, it will get to the screen that says Preparing Phone for First use and watch the progress bar go all the way to the right, then I just get a white screen that never goes off.

Every time I want a new OS I have to wait for someone else to put it into the kitchen and then I have to switch to their kitchen and reconfigure the whole thing the way i want it.
