Is there more than 1 unlocker for tp2?

need to unlock my phone to flash a rom, but the only one i found didnt work for me. told me that i already unlocked a device which i know is not true. just got my phone the other day. had tp before. anybody got ideas? i need help.

I am having the same problem after being sent to this page by Might Mike's thread:

I'm a complete newb and have never tried to install a cab, let alone unlock a phone, until this week.
Keep in mind, this is my private internet connection and computer that no one has access to but me.

When I tried to run the "HArd SPL" unlocker it fails, claims I've unlocked multiple phones, and then prompts me for a donation here:

I've got no problem supporting developers, especially if I keep Windows Mobile and keep this TP2 unlocked.
But whatsup with using a false claim that I've unlocked a phone before to try to get me to pay?

Frankly, I'm only trying Might Mike's ROM as a last attempt before I flush windows mobile down the toilet after five years.

Can somone provide a fix to use this unlocker or a link to another?

There is only 1 unlocker and yes it is it..if it is saying you already unlocked it is possible that when you used the hard-spl for the original TP and their license server can't tell the difference.

The other possibility is the phone was already unlocked or relocked on another pc if you got it on ebay or referbished

The internet has nothing to do with it have you tried using another pc?

c6, you do have a tp2, info. shows tp and wanna be sure? is the tp2 refurb or nib?

are you running just the hard spl, or the sim unlocker?

edit: this is the page you want to just unlock the spl to do rom changes. to unlock the sim for different radios, thats another story.

Thanks for the responses.

The TP2 was shipped brand new in the box directly from Sprint Corporate.
I've never even downloaded a cab for any of my MS phones before this week and I'm the only one who uses my internet connection and desktop.

This is exactly the same place, and the same file I downloaded, as per "Mighty Mikes" thread.

did you hard reset the phone? (send and end buttons and power button all pressed at same time)

this might be worth asking in the hard spl thread-

no where. the servers have him flagged for unlocking more then once. weather thats actually true doesn't matter. he'll have to submit trouble ticket or pay the 6 bucks and change.
