Yeah, it's best to use a 2gb or less fat32 formatted card for flashing . I suggest you reformat each time before you flash a new rom.

like said.ive read this quite a bit howevr ive never had problems flashing from a 8 gb or my now 16 gb.i just dont do alot of file transfer because i read on customer reviews it can damage the class 2 sd card.
