This works!!! I am running Silence Rom HDFL. This will definitely get me through until a permanent fix is found man. Much props to you! How did you ever discover this?

fixed the proplem i hard reset my phone added ur arcsoft link then ur workaround and changed my cdma network mms settings now my text messages are back 2 normal

i will confirm it works for my sprint tp2 runnin war rom thank you sir.. but one more question how the hell do you view the pic after you close it out??? after you receive one of course

If you do not select VIEW when you receive the picture mail, you are unable to retrieve it through HTC Messaging.
I found out that you can view the picture by bringing up the message the person has sent you, press MENU in the lower right hand corner, then ALL MESSAGES that will take you to the SMS/MMS inbox, select the picture mail and you'll be able to view the picture

ok i tried evrything but i still can not view a pic after i open it but they only way that has worked for me has been to save the pic which kinda sucks but im sure either im doin something wrong or this will b ironed out soon

try a hard reset then install the arcsoft cab file he posted then his work aroun and your messaging should go back to normal thats what worked for me
