Put a screen protector on it and find a nice case lol.

What kind of phone did you have before this?
If it was a tp 1, jump right to flashing as you know what touch flo is all about. If it is your first windows mobile phone, use it for a couple days so you can see what you don't like about it and what you would like to change.
Then start trying new roms.
