The Sprint version actually offers more services, ie NFL, TV, etc. But the Verizon version was cheaper subsidized (I paid $149 the day it was released). Identical hardware wise. Verzion has the 3.5mm jack over at&t.

i just like how Best Buy give you all your rebates immediately though. No hassle and no wait. Instant savings most of the time.
