Re: text messages from the future Y2KX issue

I can also confirm that it removes the symptoms of the problem - however all the text messages received before now are at the top of the incoming list. Is there any easy way to edit the timestamp on those? Maybe using spb backup/restore?

I hate to say it but that sounds like bull****. The busiest time of the year is not going to be when they tell the towers to simultaneously reset... nor would it explain why the problem persisted. I think he may have been yanking your proverbial chain

haha just saying what he said... not sure what he knew or didn't. the important part is that they know it's an issue and that it should be fixed within 3 days

well, he did say "ever" and apparently it's not just windows mobile that's affected.

Re: text messages from the future Y2KX issue

the .cab did indeed mask the issue. So we wait for an answer that will likely never be fully explained.

Did he actually say "borked?" Mad props to him if he did, even though yes, he is full of crap.

Re: text messages from the future Y2KX issue

The Ziggy 2016 cab worked for me on both my Touch Pro and Touch Pro 2. Of course its not a retroactive fix but who cares its fixed.
