New TP2 owner in about 24 hours!!

I am pretty excited for the TP2. I had so many problem with the TP1 I gave up on that phone and now i am glad I waited.

I just have 2 questions:

1. How do I find out what my build or manufacture date is of the phone on the TP2??

2. Should I put the TP2 in my pocket when I walk around or should i keep it in the sprint box and carry the box around until I get a case??
