-how long do you think you will be able to say slingbox, even iphone slingbox is better
-great keyboard but onscreen keyboard is faster
-android has multitasking, programs actually open up faster then they do on the tp2
-nexus and hero both have flash drive and removable memory. as soon as you plug to computer, even easier then the tp2 because it has the option to mount and dismount
-the tilt feature comes from the actual phone, not the os.

these are the only features you can name that are better, and none of them except the slingbox is an actual advantage. the advantages of android over 6.5 this list would never end. its like you said i bought both i know exactly what the tp2 does compared to the nexus or motorola droid.
