Yes. Back in the 6700 days, my wife's got stolen. We paid the $100 or whatever it was back then and they sent a refurb. The refurb had all sorts of issues, right out of the box. We took it to the Sprint repair center, and they refused to even do anything because the moisture sticker was indicating water damage. Mind you, we had just barely received this and took it straight to the repair center about 5 minutes after powering it up.

They wouldn't budge on it. So I was furious. We were out of contract at the time too. I called up Sprint to cancel my account, but retentions sent her a Mogul.

Re: moisture sensor

HTC put the moisture sensor is the weirdest place on the TP2...why put it right on the side of the phone next to the back cover??? Most real people put them by the battery or on the back by the battery...maybe they have some reasoning behind there insanity...but I though this was a weird place to put it.

There is also one in the back but it's covered by a little plastic tab

That is the lanyard strap holder, which you can look through to see the one next to the headphone jack, which also has one

Here is my thread on all 5 of the sensors
