I had 4 tp2's in my hands at one time, I did not get charged for any of them. well, maybe the first one I purchased with an upgrade, but the replacements of 3 others were not charged. I was told that I had 90 days to return them. 1 was a brand new one, and others were 'like new'.. all from verizon. but safe thing to do would be to return the phones, you cant exactly use two phones on your number at the same time anyways.
