One thing I noticed while reading through this thread....there is no mention of MalRom. As it stands now, if your on Sprint, and looking for a cutting edge ROM that is FAST and STABLE you'd be selling yourself short for not trying it. Personally, it's my flavor of choice.

Also, I've read in certain threads that some roms don't have a landscape interface (don't remember which ones though). Sorry if my terminology is off, I'm still a noob. In the meantime, I'm checking youtube for rom reviews.

personally, and this is my opinion, i have had excellent success with MightyROM's, you literally just need to unlock security, flash rom, clear storage and follow MM's directions, installation of a cab to fix MMS and you are good to go. if you decide to try it you can PM me and i'll email you the cabs that i install after a fresh flash to get full functionality. most importantly you just need to follow MM's post.

Re: TP2 ROM Guide<>all major ROMs in one thread<>how to choose your TP2 ROM

ok i think i want to try out MightyRom... so i know there are lots of post about how to go on, but is there a post which is clear and gives step by step instruction on how to flash my stock sprint rom and install MightyRom?... what are the issues so far with MightyRom that people are experiencing? just curious... Thank you for the help

p.s. i see so many different version of the rom in one post... i just want the most stable one... which one would that be? Thanx

+1

I noticed that too...I have jumped around to many ROMs and have always ended up back with Mal's 6.5.3 rom...love it!

Another vote for MalRom ! I tried a few and went right back to his. Some nice visual upgrades but also as fast as anything else i tried and stable to boot.

A note of appreciation to all the cooks though ! My phone would be much less valuable to me without everyone here putting the work into this. Thanks

If you just want a stable, continious use phone, then the 6.1's make most sense. If you want inovation....IMO...Mal and Energy are always wonderful.

Making your own, through the kitchens, really rocks because you can just put in what you want, although, that is not really for Newb's.

My 6ยข worth.
