The only person you can really blame for a bad refurb is the lazy butt at the refurb center that did a crappy job refurbing it.

I just got a refurb TP2 last night. Nothing was wrong with my old one, but my old TP1 took a dump & they replaced it with a TP2(thanks to a nice member on here who works for Sprint). It works beautifully, only one dead pixel so far
