can a store reflash an original rom?

curious to know if they can wipe the rom off a unit and reflash it with the stock rom?

been having issues with my tp2 and they said they reflashed the stock rom

nope, stock rom. just having issues with the device crashing.

i blew smoke up someones ass once before but once it reached the browneye it just came back in my face and she didn't like it...

Hey all high and mighty, know it all, a little common courtesy would be nice for the rest of us that have to read as you wax eloquent. yeah most sprint techs dont know much... i said most cause you can find your good ones...

i shows the techs at the store near me a lot all the time... i had the tp2 way before they did and showed everyone at the store about it...

they even ask me for help when they see me there...lol its kinda sad

I asked for the manager and he said they reflashed the rom, when the rep told me all they did was hard reset it. I think they blowing smoke up my ass

sorry but there are more complaints than praises for techs...do your homework before you start to pontificate like a rambling bastard. It was clearly proven that the tech didn't know what he/she was doing even when using the term "flashed to stock rom" had they come out and said we did a hard reset...well then i would give them some credit...some...not much but some. Instead they opted to come off like a retard with tech jargon like they know what they're doing.
