Re: Sprint TP2 + Sero = loss of Unlimited Text?

I've had SERO on two accounts for a few years and it has never shown unlimited text but I've never been charged for it. He probably has the unlimited text and because it does not show he (and CS) is assuming it must be added. I think I had called about it when I first set it up and they said it was some how built into the plan.

I think it depends on how it was added and which system as to whether it shows up.

EDIT: I forgot as noted in a replay above it does show up under usage details. I'll bet he still has it.

Personally I switched from a palm centro to a tp2 in October and my account stayed identical and I did not lose unlimited text; however, I had unlimited text as part of my sero when I first got my sero.
My original SERO did not have unlimited texting. My unlimited texts was added to SERO plan after I called retentions (about 2 1/2 years ago..lol). Upgrade to TP2 did not effect my plan in anyway

Same - I had mine added ~4 months or so after getting my SERO plan. I originally had 200 added and then called and got it to unlimited. No change since getting my TP2 a few months back.
