It is not there.

"CDMA Service" tab is grey out as I am not in USA.

There is "GSM/UMTS Sevices" tab and I have cycle thru "Call Barring" down to "Time Synchronization" and nothing about doing the number "1" thing.

I am using the stock TP2, no cook ROM.
