Go to Menu -> Options -> Add-Ins -> Download Registry Add-in

After it is installed, soft-reset and reopen Resco

Then goto Menu -> Options -> Add-Ins -> File Associations and make sure all of the boxes are checked (especially "Associate REG files")

Then just click on the .reg file in the folder and it will ask if you want to import...

Hope this helps!

I tried it... and asked my moms to send me a pic and it does not show up in HTC Messaging Client. She has Verizon as well. You know what I may possibly be doing wrong?

What ROM are you using? Did you make any other changes? I got this to work directly after a fresh flash of MightyROM Impact. I didn't install any other fixes. I just made the changes mentioned on page 7 and imported the .REG.

What other steps did you take (fresh flash, Valkyrie cab, etc.)? That ROM is 6.5.3, Manila 2.5 I believe, so that shouldn't be what's causing the problem. I'm pretty new at this stuff, the only thing I can recommend is trying from a fresh flash as that is what I did. The first MMS I received didn't come straight through, I had to click on the message in HTC messaging and manually download it. Then, after that, they all just came straight through.

Fresh flash as in hook it up to the comp and re-flash? and i just wiped my device...changed the mms server settings... the installed resco...the add in... the import feature... then imported the reg keys... then I restarted it. Should I re-flash via connecting to the computer and do it?

I never installed Arcsoft. I just did a fresh flash of the ROM and started from there. The first thing I did was make the Server changes and import the .reg and then tested MMS. When it worked I proceeded to install the rest of my programs and set up my phone. I would try just starting from scratch (fresh ROM flash from computer) if nothing else is working.

Sorry I can't be of more help, you might try comparing your registry to Ziggy's .txt file to make sure it imported correctly. Also, if you're not going to do a fresh install, make sure all of your previous MMS fixes are removed. Have you tried running MightyMike's provisioning?
