For Sending, use 'My ISP' and WAP 2.0.

For Receiving, you have to set WAP to none.

That was the same result I was getting.

The phone will state that it sent the message successfully however even with the settings of MyISP and WAP 2.0 for sending nothing ever comes through to the receipient. Receving mms seems to be no problem.

From what I just figured out, the IP I posted earlier I think is actually Sprint's IP. The IP address for VZW is 69.78.70.55, did a nslookup while tethered, I know, the simple things take for ever to realize. Even though I changed the IP, still having the same issues, guess I'll still keep trying.

Before you quoted you were able to send with the settings MyISP and WAP 2.0. Is that still the case?

No, can't send now, but the MMS automatically download, where as before, I would have to manually download them. Really weird, still haven't verified that the messages actually go through, at least it says it does.

There is a fix which will disable HTC Messaging and allow you to use Arcsoft but I don't beleive anyone has found a way to fully enable send/receive with the native HTC Messaging Application built into Sense 2.5

Not sure this will help MMS at all but there is a new update for the Leo on HTC's site for SMS...I'm not a cook so I don't know if this is usable or not...
