Sprint 1.40 Radio

Can't find an answer for this one.

I'm trying to flash Sprint's 1.40WF Radio & keep getting an error. I'm not the only one, and I expected to find an answer in this thread, but nope. The error message is something like "wrong update utility for your phone." I wanted to use the .nbh file with another update utility, but can't extract the .nbh file from the .exe.

Any help folks?? TIA!!

I replaced the 1.96 nbh with the 1.40 & still get the same error:

"ERROR [290]: INVALID COMMAND. This update utility cannot be used for your PDA phone. Please check your update utility."

I put the 1.96 nbh back & flashed with no problem. Any ideas?

try to flash via SD card. rename it to RHODIMG.nbh and put it on your sd card. hold power+vol down while pressing the reset button and it should prompt for an update (also make sure your sd card is formatted as fat32)

Tried that, still got an error. I've seen people state they flashed it successfully, but still no answers.

Are you sure you are unlocked?
Both HardSPL and WU radio unlockers must be done.
