Doh!! I didn't think I needed to be radio unlocked. I've flashed Verizon's radio w/o any problems via this thread, so I thought I was okay. If this is the case, then I have to buy an "unlock?"

yeah, you'll need to "donate for" (read: "buy") a sim unlock for your phone to flash custom radios

LOL...yeah, I got it now. Interestingly, I unlocked...and SPCS_1.40WF.exe still gave me that error?!? Flashing from SD worked like a charm. TY!
