Yesterday I decided to install Pocket Mechanic Professional and when I use the Free Ram it crashes everytime it hits the gwes.exe file. Other then that I love this phone.

And a hard reset is the first thing any Sprint store will do unless you find a total idiot.

There is nothing wrong with OP phone. It's a software issue.
