When will this phone be available in the US with 3G?

While I'm tempted to get a FUZE today, I may wait for this phone.. I think the TouchHD and WM6.5 would be a great combination..

I agree that WM7 is going to be the hit/or miss with Windows Mobile versus usability and GUI, against I-Phone. However, 6.5 is set to come out next year Q2 or Q3. This is probably the best method to slowly move to the new GUI/UI, and get people used to the new Windows Mobile Device Line-up. (Yes, they are going to change it again, just like we had to get used to WM Standard and WM Pro, WM7 will be similar in migrating and adapting.

I was just thinking and forgive me if this has been mentioned but I enjoyed using my Mogul for games. I just got the Touch Pro so I'm a little bummed right now that the keyboard doesn't work with some emulators yet so I'm missing out on some of my old stuff..

Now with the Touch HD and no keyboard.. Wouldn't this make playing a lot of games impossible because it doesn't have a multi-touch screen so you can't do something like move forward and fire at the same time if there's an onscreen keyboard or controller for you to use? Just a thought.

I wouldn't think this is legit. They only have stock photos. I would never buy anything with stock photos.

I'm positive it's legit. They have a physical store and I've been there. It's about 30 mins from me. They also have an ad on craigslist for locals.

I know the thread have been merged but if U read a few posts back, The HD has 2 varieties. WCDMA and Quad BAnd GSM. If U see the specs on the ebay link, Both phones have different battery consumption. WCDMA has the 1900/2100mhz band which is released in Europe. And those bands use 3G in europe. AT&T also have the 1900 band but it's not 3G. The Quad band is not released yet according to many sites. So most likely, U will not have 3G in the U.S. on any HD that is for sale at the moment.

The HTC MAX 4G was just released in Russia. Looks like its the next increment up the ladder since it has WIMAX. The phone Sprint & Verizon bring in next cycle will reflect the state of the art at the point in time they are ready - tweaked by the need for a full size (3.5"+) screen to compete with the iPhone. They also need a Windows mobile device since the Storm will not appeal to everyone. 4/5 months from Touch to Diamond. I'm guessing 4 months or less from Diamond release - or late March early April 2009. Whether its the HD or successor it will have at least the HD set of key features. If the Diamond Pro is released at $350 net on plan it will def be overpriced.
