Install more apps to non-removable storage. I need storage for movies, game ROMs, music (uses WAY less battery than streaming), etc. Heck, iGo GPS software takes up 1.2GB by itself. Plus programs run faster from device memory than a card or separate storage.

All that aside, I really fail to see what the argument is. The HD is a better phone in every way. PERIOD. There is nothing that the Diamond or the Pro have that the HD doesn't have (keyboard aside). What is there to discuss except your personal preference of whether to wait or not?

If I had a choice today between a Diamond and an HD on Sprint's CDMA network, the choice would be trivial and clear - buy an HD now. But none of us have that choice.

The only things that the Diamond has that the HD doesn't are that it is:
- Manufactured in a CDMA version
- Released in the US
- Available this year

People are comparing this year's released phone with something that doesn't yet exist (a released CDMA HD) and might exist next year. Of course, next year's phone is better!

The choice for me is clear - buy the Diamond now, and the HD (or whatever is better at the time) next year.

im not going to argue at all, i think the HD will be the better phone but right now the diamond is the better phone as you can get it now.

There will always be a better phone.

I have the touch, finally have it the way I want it, but really am interested in the diamond, ike the HD better. My main problem is that they are all really the same phone just in slicker packages. They're still wm 6.1 phones! I don't want to spend the money if they're all just fancier packed touch's and moguls. The HD is the vision big screen, expandable memory, sleek surfaces but something will be better!
