This is something thats been bothering me, the fact that qualcomm is having huge lawsuits thrown at them, theyre chips are being banned in america, and yet they still have phones like this and the tilt for sale, if anything, the qualcomm chips might end up getting swapped out of newer 6800's, hopefully, not for a more powerful :P
