OMG!! There needs to be a "pocket pc test" before anyone is allowed to join this site!!

If that were the case, this site would be almost pointless. Granted searching is important to keep things organized, but lets remember why this forum is here in the first place. If it weren't for forums like this one, the majority of us wouldn't even know what a custom ROM was. Just my two cents...

You all need to relax. It has been said many, MANY times that there was never an official announcement.

Just a Sprint employee on the buzzaboutwireless forums, if you check that post you can also see how the poster said the new ROM should be posted by 10/22... that is never a good sign.

So how about we all relax a little...

lol yea I'm not waiting for the ROM. If it comes great, Ive already flashed to dcd ROM and have more available Ram then with the OEM sprint rom. If a new Rom does come all that is going to happen is folks taking it and customizing it lol

Has anyone called HTC or Sprint about the potential firmware update? I just called HTC 866-449-8358 and the person had read about the issue on various forums but said all he had was rumor - nothing official from HTC even acknowledging the issue or a firmware upadate.

I'm relaxed. Gonna let others test it out first, in case it's got more cons than pros. Mogul working pretty good for me for now
