OMG! Let your device go into sleep mode and take a nap yourself. I just woke up because my Mogul must have updated all by itself while we were both sleeping. The alarm now works. I woke to surround sound from my BT headset across the room and my Mogul was projecting a holographic music video above my bed (weird - it was Britney Spears getting a root canal?). Wow! Sprint rocks!

Well, I just called HTC too, and he said we should all get a text message from Sprint when the update is ready. He then took my name and number, put me on hold, and came back and said they have nothing official, but everyone has heard of it only from the Sprint customers. He also said it is likely that something is in the works, but nothing for now, as far as he knows

That text message notification system sucks. I got a text message from Sprint 2 months after the update for the 700wx had been released telling me to update.

Also, I never got a text message for the first Sprint Mogul ROM.

Somebody said the HTC hotline also said it was not coming out and they know nothing about it...we got duped

I agree.
Flashed to the latest Colonel's Rom and it has stablized the Mogul for my use.
BT is fixed and has announcement for all features...
PRL update is probably the best thing you can do until REV A comes out and flash to the Rom of your choice
