Agreed. It's amazing how folks will post all kinds of gripes here and other forums amongst themselves, yet they won't direct the same amount of energy towards pressuring the manufacturers.

If folks really want change they should be bombarding Sprint with emails and calls.

This has been on most news sites, saying there's going to be an update 10/22 and nothing.

I'm sorry, but I went back to try to figure out where this 10/22 date came from and from what I see it comes from a post by a supposed sprint employee on one website. He also says we "should" have it by 10/22. He never guranteed it would be out by 10/22. Are we all getting our panties in a bunch cuz of one person's post 2 weeks ago that they haven't replied to since?

I went searching around about the Rom upgrade for the mogul and heres what I found regarding it:

I couldn't agree more...Do you really think sprint cares if some they same people complain in among them selfs \. Call and email sprint and complain to them. If they have a large call volume do the the lack of the promised updates that now look like they won't happen till next year. Then they have no option but to listen. Still doesn't mean they can do anything about it. They are obviously having issues getting things to work the way that want them to. Maybe the reason there not bitching to sprint is I didn't see anywhere on sprints website of Sprint stating there would be a update today? Why is it there fault when someone post on the net there would be a update on 22nd and it doesn't happen?

On a side not...How many people woke up this morning with there phone off and still had battery life? It almost made me late for work. My alarm did not sound because it was shut off? I turned it on and it had 60% life. I know it was on when i went to sleep because i remember hearing a text message come in midle of the night.

I set my alarm for 9 this morning. woke up at 12:10 pressed the power button and my alarm went off, kinda made me think my phone just forgot about my alarm, it woke up and went 'SHIT, I was supposed to ring at 9am BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP. Time to wake up"
