Have you had any compaints from peeps on the other end of the line while you're using BT while in the car? Like call fading in and out or choppy?

Thanks,

The only way to come out of it is a soft reset. Things is, when this happens, you dont know it because the screen is off; just like its supposed to be. All lights are flashing (signal / BT)- BT because I do have it turned on, not that its flashing for no apparent reason.

I realized that this problem was causing me to miss calls when I phoned myself thinking it might help wake the phone up.

Once I got home tonight from work, I did another hard reset, but this time, I didnt allow any customization to take place. Will see what happens during the night.
This is a known issue. See earlier in this thread, as well as my post on - http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=9614

I've seen it mentioned as far back as when Telus released their WM6 on other sites. It is a BT issue, if you can live without BT, turn it off and your problem will go away. Don't have a solution yet if you actually want to use BT, though.

There's a thread here about people who are able to crash the alltel rom at will by creating a certain situation involving bluetooth. I'd find the thread for you, but I'm on my mogul right now and its too much work.
I do use BT. I'll search and see what I can find.

You're calling it a "known issues" yet I didnt have this issue with Sprint's rom. To live without BT? Is that supposed to be a fix?

BT isnt just for headsets.

Whelp, this happened to me this morning with Colonel's latest ROM, and BT was NOT on. Additionally, my time zone has reset itself to Central time twice now for some reason (I am on EST).

How do you apply the .reg file? I clicked it, and it opens regedit, but doesn't seem to actually apply anything...
