okay, the question that i can't find through search. has anyone tried both tomtom6 and iguidance3(4) that can do a comparison on which is better? i'm on the fence between the two and because of my budget i'm hoping to get the better one. any feedback will be greatly appreciated, thanks! mark

i've tested both software. i like tomtom6 way better then iguidance4. i felt i4 was VERY slow program to open up and do the initial route planning. tomtom6 seems to be a bit faster.

although to be fair, i was running these 2 programs off a 2gb sd card on my dell axim x30 running 312mhz for the test. maybe mogul will run i4 better

I have tried both TomTom 6 and iGuidance 4. I like both, but in the end I prefer TomTom since the voice navigation is better. This is not an original saying, but I read either here or on pdaphonehome that someone dubbed the female voice for iGuidance "iNav Iguidabitch" or something like that...

i always thought "text to speech" saying streetnames would be very helpful but i do want the more accurate nav and is more quickly responsive. i'll go with tomtom6 then. thanks guys! appreciate it
