how can i tell which ROM i have now?

is it on a screen?

my wifi doesn't work...no driver

i don't have a wifi button even on my comm manager....only 7 buttons.

i set that to com 4 for programs, nothing for hardware..

then i used googlemaps to try to find GPS..

I never locked on..

I don't know which ROM i loaded up..

but we can go with i have 3.42.50 radio...

and i didn't do the verizon from Sprint fix, yet...

and my USB quit working on me.


I'd give anything to talk to a live person, instead of chasing 100 page threads that only work if you know what the heck you are doing....

I can't get a data wifi connection, so i can't use googlemaps.

I don't know what version i have...

and i can't keep doing this day in and day out...will someone please walk me through it...
I feel terrible with everyone telling me, this only takes ten minutes when i've spent 15 hours today, and about 10 yesterday, and i still can't verify if i bought a functional phone..

(Note that all data will be lost when reflashing so back it up if you have any)

How about his, download a new rom from here:

Then:

-Open the ROM exe file with WinRAR/7zip or w\e archive program

-Extract the file RUU_signed.nbh

-Rename that file to TITAIMG.nbh

-Make sure your microSD card is in fat32 format. (Format your card on your PC to make sure)

-Copy TITAIMG.nbh to the root of your microSD card

-Power off the phone

-Power back on into bootloader by pressing and holding the POWER, COMM, and CAMERA buttons at the same time. (The 3 buttons on the right side of the phone)

-You should see a multi colored screen show up and it should see the new ROM on your microSD card.

-Upgrade by following the on screen instructions.

I vote you first go back to stock 6.0 verizon rom. IF wifi doesn't work on that rom then you have bad wifi on the phone.

Yes but it is possible that his hardware switch is off..The stock rom doesn't bundle the nue tools if necessary for controlling the switch. That and stock or not stock shouldn't make a difference.
