The same should be done here. Too many people get defensive after dropping huge $$ on their phones.
Naah, we just like to flame the hell out of idiots...

It's interesting reading the minority positions on the Mogul, I went from a TREO 700W to the Mogul and have never looked back.

Bluetooth problems, I'm using a Plantronics PL-510 and from day 1 haven't had any problems and I use it 24-7. I'm a Realtor and I normally use between 3k and 4K minutes per month. My customers have told me this is the best sounding bluetooth I've yet to use. My son who sells Sprint has a Mogul with a newer Motorola bluetooth and I can't even tell he's on a headset. My TREO unlinked from my bluetooth and sometimes was a bear to relink. If I lose a connection with the Mogul I just turn off the bluetooh turn it back on and it works. I agree battery life is not the greatest, remember I live on my phone, so I carry a car charger where ever I go.

It took a while for me to get used to the touchscreen and I'm still learning the phone slowly but surely. I do understand the touch screen is somewhat sensitive but no more than the TREO. I use the keyboard lock on both every time I put the phone back in the leather pouch.

With my TREO it would connect to the internet any time it felt like, not the Mogul. My son sells Sprint and he's had no negative feedback from his customers on the phone. There is a learning curve and if you're not willing to take the time to learn the phone quit your complaining!!!

ETphoneHOME and Mogul
Sitting in a tree
K-I-S-S-I-N-G
First comes love
Then comes marriage
Then comes (insert Mogul's successor here) in the baby carriage!

Sorry, couldn't resist some silliness since this whole thread is a little silly to begin with.

That is the basis of it. Dont mean to wake the dead. But if your not getting along to well with your desktop or laptop, other than basic task in the windows for dumbies book. Its just not the pda for you. I dont think they even make a pda for that type of person. Unless their willing to get their hands dirty. I know my mother would have the mogul down in no time flat. But it is a great pda/fone. You just gotta know how to touch her just right!!!!
