I have never been able to flash via sd card. I posted in another thread and perhaps this is where I should have posted it. This is the link to my post...

Some cards just won't work for no apparent reason. I had a 1 gig PNY that always failed. I bought a 2 gig Sandisk and it worked no problem.
Also, check to make sure you can view file extensions. You may have accidentally named the file TITAIMG.nbh.nbh.

I will have to try another brand other than pny and kingston. The file extension was ok. Thanks.

I keep the OEM 512MB Sandisk microsd around just for flashing purposes.
