Re: Assurion out of moguls!!
i did my claim 2 days ago and it was $100. i ended up with a touch pro though. i should have did what you did and call because 4 referb moguls later i got one that sorta worked until someone dropped it and broke the digitizer.
link to the deductible list for most sprint phones. mogul is now $100 as of 4/19/09 http://www.nextel.com/assets/pdfs/en...chedule_en.pdf |

Re: Assurion out of moguls!!
I read the document you posted and I noticed it said "date of loss", could that price only be $100 when no replacement phone is being mailed back. Or are they just referring to a "loss" as any kind of approved claim?

Re: Assurion out of moguls!!
its $100 either way. mines going back with a broken digitizer, but if it was stolen it would still be $100 from what i understand, there is just alot more paper work with lost/stolen replacements. i think they may have given the OP a break for having a hard time getting a working phone.

Re: Assurion out of moguls!!
I received two xv6800s from Asurion last week - one defective refurb, replaced by one BNIB xv6800. They were apparently NOT out of them last week.
