I got this app, and had the same problem. Except it didn't take two months. I believe it may be due to the size of the message store. I don't purge messages at all, so that's just a guess.. Unfortunately, the only resolution I've found is a hard reset. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that causes the device to lock repeatedly. (This may be related to my ROM instead of this program.)

Anyone have any ideas on this?

hmmm. now i get SMS messages twice. it pops up for palm messaging and even after ive read it and responded in the thread, i still have the envelope and have to open it with the default ppc6800 messaging program.

HI,

I have a Palm Treo 700wx, and I recently added the Threaded SMS to my phone. It has slowed my phone down quite a bit, so i would like to revert back to the normal texting app. How in the world do I revert back to that?!?! I went thru the "remove programs" and removed the file "PalmThreadedSMS" and now every message i get, goes to the normal texting app, then as soon as I hit any button, it sends the message to the Threaded SMS app. Please help me out here, as I easily average bout 450 texts per day. This is quite annoying! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
