MyMobiler can install direct from the PC, and no, you don't have to sync it to use it.

When you connect the usb cable to your computer and device, open Activesync but do not sync it. This way your computer will see it as a mobile device. Then run MyMobiler and connect to your device through it. You will see on your computer screen, what you would normally see on your device.

i just tried out mymobiler for the first time, it's pretty neat.
since you can't use the screen on your phone, download the windows based installer for your pc. install, connect phone to usb, and mymobiler will install the software required on to your phone for you.
