Stereo headset adapter works- Stereo adapter does not

I had the problem with the stereo adapter. Bought one from RS for $10. It has to be the one with the bands for the microphone to work. That adapter does work with stereo. Both sides play. The cheaper stereo but not stereo headset adapter they had (not with the phones) did not work. Something about the microphone bands makes it work.

yeah the one in the box is mono but like some already said there are lots of adapters that will give you stereo through normal headphones and as far as i know the htc headphones and adaptors will work for all there devices

i got an adapter from dailydeals that has a mic and jack for 3.5mm headphones for my dash and it worked fine for my mogul i use it for plying music on my srereo

What up all, not sure if anyone else had this problem but nothing is more rediculous than a huge adapter stickin outta your phone just to listen to music. For those who wish to actually use their headphones instead of those bootleg ones that came with the mogul there is a straight usb to 3.5mm adapter on ebay.

i actually get decent sound in both sides from my headphones that come with the mogul, but they are uncomfortable so i bought a pair of Sony Ericsson bluetooth stereo headphones. should be here in a couple of days.

I seem to be pasting this link in rather often for some reason.

http://www.semsons.com/2miusband3st.html

Buy it, use it, love it. And it's only $5. Outputs in stereo, has a pass-through miniUSB plug (so you can still charge), and it rests nicely against the Mogul.

I have this adapter as well. It sits flush at the bottom of the Mogul. I use it with my FM transmitter in my car. Coupled with the HTC Audio Manager and its touch controls, my Mogul becomes a kickass MP3 player.
