Some of the features you have to pay for, but for the most part On Demand is completely free (assuming you stick with the basics like News and such). I had it on my Treo 650 pretty much ever since it was available on the device and never paid a cent for it.

Don't worry - if you hit a section that you'll have to pay for, the program will bluntly tell you first (usually by prompting you that it'll install a trial version of it).

Nice program overall though. I've hit a few snags with it that I never had on my Treo. Had one instance where the program pulled nothing but bugged news headers, and I couldn't get it to re-pull the basic news feeds (had to grab the full story for any news at all). And the program has a MAJOR memory leak, IMHO. It never comes close to giving me all the memory back I used to run it.

Agreed there. I use Memmaid Reclaim Ram after using it quite frequently.

I have On demand and had it on my Treo. But with mine if I go into there to say look up an address, as I type stuff in, letters will not show up only symbols, like the caps is on. I tried it on a demo at sprint and it did the same thing. Any clue?

Known bug with the first major 'patch', if I remember right. It causes the exact same problem on a few programs.
