GPS problems after MR1/2 update

I updated my phone to MR1, and had more or less the same problem as the OP. Valhalla cab works from MR1, but custom rom doesn't. I've gone through this process six or seven times now. I relock, flash verizon's 2.09 with PRI 1.35, let customizations run. Then, I unlock to Oli 2.4, RUU Radio 3.42.5 or 3.42.4, and flash my custom rom, usually 20931, but on this latest attempt I'm using the PPCKitchen 6.5 build.

I have plenty of experience, and I know the downgrade to upgrade process worked on an older Titan I had, but I warranty swapped and now I have this problem. Even after returning to the custom rom from 2.09, my PRI reads 2.03, though I'm pretty sure when I did this on my old phone that happened as well, and my GPS worked. I've never heard of anyone sticking 1.35 after MR1, I thought that the downgrade and unlock process simply allowed 2.03 to give GPS access to all apps.

Pri 2.03 blocks gps. I think you need to rollback again until you have 1.35
