No Touch Pro. I just got a wonderful replacement. Did you buy the phone brand new from them? As long as no physical damage, if you're sending them back, you should be ok.

Yup. No for Touch Pro replacement. Unless you are under the 3 replacement policy. Gahh, I know so much about Verizon policies I could work for them. But I don't want to be a lying jerk like them... |

Just take the Mogul. If it is bad you can return it. Once you get to your third you might get a Pro...

I just took mine in today for the white mark or whatever on the screen. They said it was covered under my manufacturer warranty which is still good for now, but that I would have to call it in for a direct ship replacement.
So this will be my 3rd xv6800.. If the next one breaks, do you think they will offer a Touch Pro? I really would like one, but I don't have a data plan so it might be shifty at best. |

I just got a replacement XV6800 from Verizon. Unfortunately, it had a defective keyboard so I'll be getting another one in a few days.
