screen died, VZ replacement status?
the screen on my 6800 just crapped out, and for the moment i'm using My Mobiler, which is a total bust because im stuck to using my computer to communicate. is Verizon still issuing replacement 6800's for broken ones, or have they switched to the TP like sprint? i'll have to wait til tomorrow to find out anyway

No Touch Pro. I just got a wonderful replacement. Did you buy the phone brand new from them? As long as no physical damage, if you're sending them back, you should be ok.

Just take the Mogul. If it is bad you can return it. Once you get to your third you might get a Pro...

I just took mine in today for the white mark or whatever on the screen. They said it was covered under my manufacturer warranty which is still good for now, but that I would have to call it in for a direct ship replacement.
So this will be my 3rd xv6800.. If the next one breaks, do you think they will offer a Touch Pro? I really would like one, but I don't have a data plan so it might be shifty at best.

I just got a replacement XV6800 from Verizon. Unfortunately, it had a defective keyboard so I'll be getting another one in a few days.
