Mogul USB *fail* no charge, no activesync, no wall charge HELP

I believe my Mogul has a failed USB port,......

I can't get a charge from the wall-charger, and when I connect to PC nothing happens either. Have NO IDEA why it would be like this.....has this happened to anyone before??

PLEASE HELP

Why did you waste time asking? Call and get a replacement. Once something like this goes wrong, it is stupid to eve waste time trying to fix it.

if you plug into the usb and kinda giggle it does it move alot? mine did this too... i had to bend and move the cord in the port around for it to charge. was frustrating.. ( i think its because i accidentally flung my phone while syncing from getting up from the computer and launching it across the room) it bent the end of the cord and most likely killed my port

Ok, here is what I used for my fix (temporary???) :

It came with my Mogul, and thankfully worked. The USB is thicker...or just fits better for some reason....errggg that was frustrating.... Hopefully it won't eff up again.

failing usb ports is a known issue with these handsets, they should replace it for u at a repair center

Searching is terrible on forums. Especially this one. Just ignore the thread if you don't want to help. Why does it bother you?

I also have to pull my USB about 1/2 way out and bend it down to get it to charge. But only with my back-up charger that came with my bluetooth headset. The original charger and my pc to phone usb works fine.

The day your member rank doesn't read "n00b" I'll listen to you . It's not that we're trying to be mean and rude to people who don't search, it's that we're trying to help people out, and searching is better than asking something that's been adressed 50 times. And searching isn't good on these forums? Ever heard of Google?

I try not to get super fustrated at n00bs, but you need to understand, the only way you will be able to keep your phone running is by searching and reading. Asking someone for the answer isn't always gonna help.
