right, and if I worked for Sprint I would tell you the same thing, LOL. First off, you have to have a problem with the phone that they can't fix over the phone or in the store. Second you don't have any entitlement to a free upgrade. If you have insurance, they only have to replace your phone with the same phone you have. It's like taking a Toyota back and expecting a free upgrade to a Lexus, LOL.
To answer your question, you can actually read this thread and it will answer your questions. Reading is fundamental. People might get lucky because they temporarily go out of stock on the Moguls or have already had their phones replaced several times before they get the TP.
