i recently added insurance to my phone after owning it for a a year. A few buttons have fallen off. The keyboard has trouble flipping out. There are bent paper clip looking metal pieces sticking out when i do flip it to landscape. The key board is popping out in the top right hand corner around the power button making it so i can press it in unless i jam the keyboard back in. Phone is still working though, so do you think they will replace it with TP?
