Is Sprint still giving out refur'ed MOGULs?

Got mine about 26 hours after I ordered it. Brand new and a second battery in the package as well. I must say that I will need to get used to it; the screen is significantly better, but the lack of buttons and a status light is a bit awkward, but it's certainly growing on me. It is very nice to have a keyboard that works for a change though.

still no luck, all it offers is another titan (this time a new one, but still a titan)
guess only thing to do is keep trying and eventually it'll offer me a TP or TD

il keep trying it for another week straight every hr or so and see what i get....some people say its all about luck

so il keep trying it until TP pops up and il do it at this point il take a refurbished TP

Well fellas its been great but IM JUMPING ship....lol well not exactly got my touch pro in the mail yesterday so by mogul lovers/users HELLO PRO DO-ers lol.

I just called sprint and they sent me to the insurance group. I was told that they did not have anymore 6800 and they would send me a HTC6850 replacement for $50. I will have it on the 19th with free shipping. I was told if I went to the store they would swap it with another 6800 if it was in stock. I got my 6800 for $50 new with add a line, now I get the 6850 for $50. All I have put in to the 6800 series of phones would be a total of $100. Thats not bad if you ask me and I still have 2 more replacements with my insurance. I just wanted to share with you guy's, have a great day =D>

Yea looks like they are out of moguls. Getting my Touch Pro this week! OOO Siii...I suggest using the websites and approving when u see the ut starcom 6850 as replacement option. Good Bye mogul..hell0 touch pro.

Just an fyi...

I stopped by my local sprint store in 91206 to report issues with my mogul this past monday. keyboard issues and charging/syncing issues. The connection on my mogul was loose and probably the reason why I had my charging/syncing issues. The tech said that he didn't have parts to fix the "connection" issue so he then proceeded to order a replacement phone and should arrive in store by Wednesday (today).

So today, much to my dismay, I got a refurbed mogul. A bit disappointed but satisfied because I did have legit problems with my old mogul. Oh well.

I filed a insurance claim yesterday online through Asurion for my mogul and they are replacing it with a new touch pro. The exact wording in the email was a HTC 6850 Touch Pro new fully kitted CK so they are replacing moguls with touch pros. Maybe if you did it through Sprint they would be replacing your mogul with refurbished moguls because of everyone returning them to get touch pros.
