Just an fyi...

I stopped by my local sprint store in 91206 to report issues with my mogul this past monday. keyboard issues and charging/syncing issues. The connection on my mogul was loose and probably the reason why I had my charging/syncing issues. The tech said that he didn't have parts to fix the "connection" issue so he then proceeded to order a replacement phone and should arrive in store by Wednesday (today).

So today, much to my dismay, I got a refurbed mogul. A bit disappointed but satisfied because I did have legit problems with my old mogul. Oh well.
